Voice to Post is operated by Lada Kazantseva, a Georgia-based individual entrepreneur. By using Voice to Post, you agree to these Terms.

1) The Service

Voice to Post helps you transcribe audio and generate written content (for example, social posts) from your inputs. Outputs are generated automatically and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for reviewing them before use.

2) Eligibility

You must be legally able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service.

3) Your content

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or submit.
• You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, transmit, and display your content solely as needed to operate the Service and deliver the outputs you request.
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to upload content, including voice recordings and any third-party material.

4) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or infringe intellectual property or privacy rights.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or circumvent the Service's usage limits or security measures.
• Use automated scraping or bots to access the Service at scale.
• Use the Service to generate or distribute harmful content, including malware, harassment, or deceptive material.

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.

5) AI outputs and disclaimers

• Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, misleading, or inappropriate.
• You are responsible for reviewing and editing outputs before using or publishing them.
• The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

6) Credits and usage

The Service uses a credit system for certain features:

• When you initiate a generation, a credit may be reserved and then committed upon successful completion, or returned if the generation fails or is cancelled before completion.
• Free credits are provided at our discretion and may be adjusted or discontinued at any time.
• Purchased credits do not expire but credit balances and eligibility rules may otherwise change over time with reasonable notice.

7) Payments

If you purchase paid features, checkout is handled by our payment processor. We receive confirmation of payment and entitlement details only — not full card data.

Refunds: digital credits and services are generally non-refundable once delivered or used, unless required by applicable law. If you are an EU/EEA consumer, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies to the extent required by law. If you believe a charge is erroneous, contact support@voicetopost.app promptly.

8) Intellectual property

We and our licensors own the Service, software, and branding, excluding your content. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or its components except as expressly permitted by law.

9) Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to protect the integrity of the Service, comply with applicable law, or enforce these Terms. Where reasonably practicable, we will give you notice.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) USD $50.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer protection laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms.

12) Disputes

If you have a dispute with us, please contact support@voicetopost.app first. We will attempt to resolve it informally within 30 days. If we cannot reach a resolution, either party may pursue formal legal remedies.

13) Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia (country), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Courts in Georgia will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

14) Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notification at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
